Learning together for Change is an open conference that gathers representatives from different sectors, including academia, education, government, NGOs and private enterprises.

The aim of the event is to discuss how Higher Education and research can contribute to the Education for All movement – a global commitment to provide quality basic education for all children, youth and adults.

The conference will be structured around four different themes that will serve as inspiration for eight different workshops. Conclusions from the workshops will be fed forward to the UNESCO World Education Forum in Korea, May 2015.

The conference is free of charge and takes place at the Nelson Mandela African Institute of Science and Technology (NM-AIST) in Arusha, Tanzania, 27–29 April 2015.
